Rio Maior is located about 7.5 miles north of the Portuguese capital Lisbon and from the airport it takes about 50 minutes by transfer.

The facility is a complete sports centre with swimming pools, football pitches, athletics stadium, sports halls and a gym. The swimming facility organises many competitions throughout the year and is also home to the

TRAINING

Training takes place at the Rio Maior Sports Centre,
The centre has a full-size athletics facility with everything you need for a complete workout. There is also a smaller athletics track at the centre.
