FOOTBALL CAMP PORTUGAL

Rio Maior Sports centre is the perfect facility for those who want to spend their training camp in a quiet area and focus on their training.
Rio Maior is located about 7.5 miles north of the Portuguese capital Lisbon and from the airport it takes about 50 minutes by transfer.

The facility is a complete sports complex with swimming pools, football pitches, an athletics stadium, sports halls and a gym. The swimming centre organises many competitions throughout the year and is also the home base for the Portuguese national swimming team.

For a day trip, the proximity to Lisbon is perfect as you can take the opportunity to tour the city. Lisbon is a fascinating capital with unrivalled architecture, shopping, food and culture.

HOTEL

You will stay at the centre in single, double or 4-bed rooms. All rooms have shower/WC,
mini-bar, telephone, air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi.

The complex also has a bar/café and a restaurant where you can enjoy your meals.

TRAINING

Training takes place at the Rio Maior Sports Centre,
the facility has two full-size football pitches (100 x 64 m) one natural grass and one artificial grass. Both of the highest quality. There are also two smaller natural grass pitches (60 x 70 m).

The two full-size pitches are both approved for all types of FIFA events.

There is also a fitness centre on site.
