FOOTBALL CAMP FUENGIROLA

Fuengirola is the Swedish town on the Costa del Sol in Spain. Fuengirola has a population of around 80,000 and is located between Malaga and Marbella. Fuengirola was founded as a small fishing village, but has now grown into a large and modern tourist resort. The reason Fuengirola is called the Swedish town is because there are many Swedes living in Fuengirola and there is even a Swedish school.

Fuengirola has a lovely 8-kilometre stretch of beach where you can enjoy a nice walk or a good jog during your training camp. Along the pleasant promenade there are also several bars and restaurants. Fuengirola’s marina is also the perfect place to spend an afternoon having a coffee and soaking up the sun. In Fuengirola you will also find the only Zoo on the Costa del Sol.

Outside Fuengirola there are also several large areas with lots of shopping.

HOTEL

Accommodation is in a hotel located just a 5-minute walk from the beach in Fuengirola. The hotel has a lovely outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a harmonious garden. During your training camp you will stay in triple rooms with balcony, bathroom, satellite TV and air conditioning.

The hotel has facilities such as a bar, café, TV room and games room. All meals during your football camp will be served at the hotel’s buffet restaurant, which serves both domestic and international cuisine.
